Problem
Smartcard logon certificate renewals and 3rd party certificates were not recognized by Windows as a smartcard certificate.
Cause
The Authenex CSP was originally designed to enable smartcard when certificate enrollment was only generated via the Microsoft CA website. If you used any other method to enroll a smartcard certificate, the Authenex CSP did not properly set the default smartcard container key.
