Solution If you need replacement units, refunds, or credits please follow the procedures below to complete the RMA process.

Step 1: Click HERE to submit an RMA ticket. Make sure to select RMA - US, or RMA - Taiwan, depending on your geographical location, as the department and continue to the next screen.

Step 2: After you have filled out the RMA form you will receive an email with a ticket #

Step 3: For US based customers, please ship all items to
