Windows 2000 Support Discontinuation Notice - March 21, 2008
A-Key 4000, A-Key 3500, A-Key 3200 Tokens
Overview
Effective September 22, 2008, Authenex Inc. is discontinuing the support for the Windows 2000 (W2K) Operating System in all its USB tokens. As part of Authenex’s product modification policy, this notice is being issued to assist in advanced planning.

- A-Key 4000
- A-Key 3500
- A-Key 3200
Key Dates
Last date for placing orders for currently available tokens with W2K support: September 22, 2008 Last date for shipping orders for currently available tokens with W2K support: November 24, 2008
Warranty Information
The standard hardware warranty remains in effect for all tokens affected by this W2K support discontinuation notice. If replacement is required during the warranty coverage period, the affected units will be replaced with currently supported models under the terms of the hardware warranty. Furthermore, warranty end date of replaced product will apply to the new replacement unit.
End of Support Information
Although products supporting W2K listed above will no longer be available for ordering after the last order date, customer support will be available for the products listed until March 22 2009. For units under warranty, customer support will still be available until September 22 2009.
